31 August 2012

My Dad has received an Answer for his letter on my Behalf on the 26th of August 2012 and we have a meeting to determine what would be best for me. It's Scheduled for the First Day of School, at 10a.

18 August 2012

My Dad has created the letter for the Principal and other staff of my School, now it has to be proofed, then Mailed. My Dad really want to hear what I think, and to know what I want for myself.

17 August 2012;

My Dad did go to the meeting and Learned a lot, and he is going to write up a draft letter that will be sent to the school and other important people to get an "Asistive Technologies" Meeting on my behalf. Hopefully, One won't be Necessary and I get an iPad where I can Finally (Hopefully) Speak my mind.

16 August 2012;

Went to Court, and I was Threatened into Capitulating. I was told if I did not, I would be spending from 3 to 9 months in jail. I was also slapped with 'Contempt of Court' when I was asking Questions. Seems you are just susposed to sit there and take what they give you. I have been given a Phone Number of someone that may represent me 'Pro-Bono' and get the Child-Support Dropped.

I was able to lock down an appointment with the Advocate for Stephen. Tomorrow at 2p. I have all of the paperwork ready. I know that I will be signing more for Release of information. She wants to see Stephen when he's back in my care for further evaluation.

15 August 2012;

Court Date Tomorrow for Deliquent Child-Support Payments.

Question?-When a Parent has the Child the Majority of the time, dosn't that Parent receive the Child Support?

Question?-When a Parent is deemed the 'Primary'/'Custodial' Parent, Do they Pay Child-Support?

Question?-When a Parent Ensures the Child's Welfare from Oral Care, Medical Care, Medication, Activities of Enjoyment, Mental, Legal and any other, Shouldn't that Parent Receive Child-Support?

The Laws in my State are One-Sided, Towards the Mother, when they Claim it's Equal and Fair.

My Dad is Not Working because My Mom likes to call Protective Services on whomever is my Care-Provider and it takes him out of work too often, thus...He cannot work, So he had to fight to receive Public Assistance to Help us along each Month. Dad had lost so many Care providers after they kept being harassed by Protective Services and Hiring a Company to Provide Care for me was Over Twice of what he Earned and was Financially Impossible. Dad had only one course of Action...To quit and Rely on the Money he put into the System to Support us until he could work without any harassment.
